The program allows you to preserve your own company from the risk of non-payment for delivered goods or services from both a single recipient or a transaction, either at home or abroad. 

The advantages of the insurance are:

• simple and transparent insurance procedures adjusted to small businesses;
• the insurance covers most of European markets (34 countries), including Poland;
• premium is the only cost covered by the company. Assessment of the commercial reliability of contractors as well as the collection of insured receivables areconducted without additional charges.

In order to be covered by the insurance, your company is required to sell products or services with a deferred payment term and fulfil one of the following conditions:

• conduct export sales with an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 1 million, irrespective of domestic sales figure,
• realise sales only on the domestic market, provided that company’s annual turnover does not exceed PLN 5 million, 
• perform sales on  domestic and foreign markets provided that the annual value of export sales does not exceed EUR 1 million and the value of domestic sales did not exceed PLN 5 million.

1. Assessment of buyer’s credit worthiness proceeded by a team of analysts on the basis of your insurance form and the credit limit submitted in the insurance.
2. Conclusion of an insurance agreement and payment of insurance premium.
3. Delivery of goods or services and payment by a buyer.
4. If a buyer fails to complete the payment, you need to ask KUKE to initiate debt collection.
5. Indemnification, if the debt collection is not effective.
