What will you gain?
If the contract liability loan insurance can be helpful in developing your business, please contact the Export Credit Insurance Corporation (KUKE). Under this insurance you can receive:
- evaluation of buyer’s financial standing and creditworthiness - free of charge;
- protection against the lack of the payment and contract failure by the contractor at the production stage;
- premium rates consistent with the OECD Consensus;
- indemnity is paid in the currency of the export contract in order to minimize the currency risk;
- payment of the indemnity is guaranteed by the State Treasury.
The protection may apply to nearly 200 countries, in accordance with the current policy of granting insurance protection together with the support of the State Treasury.

What are the requirements?
The insurance is dedicated to all companies, whose goods or services meet the criteria of Polish content.
The export contract should also meet the conditions of local costs incurred, advance payment and repayment instalments. Detailed information is available on a dedicated website.
Please remember that the date of postponing the payment (trade credit) for the goods or service should be within two or more years.
Approximate rate of the insurance premium can be obtained with the calculator. Please note, that the final amount is verified on the basis of your individual application.

What are the stages?
Supplier's credit insurance process works in a few steps:
- Contact with a mentor who can help you to prepare an application.
- Analyst assigned to your case who will proceed insurance contract.
- Assessment of the buyer’s credit worthiness.
- Conclusion of an insurance agreement and payment of insurance premium
- Delivery of goods or services and payment by the buyer.
- In the case of payment default, you need to ask KUKE to initiate debt collection.
- Indemnification, if the debt collection is not effective.
