Advisory services are to prepare your company to receive funding for technology transfer transactions. As a result, you will get a grant for technological and legal advice – you will have the opportunity to create a complete set of analyzes, valuations and documents needed to submit an appropriate application.

Participation in the program will give you an opportunity to:

• explore the possibilities of buying and implementing technology in the company;
• adapt the technology to your specific needs;
• value and receive legal support in the process of acquiring intangible assets.

Services covered by the grant includes:

1. advisory services of in technological:

• due technological diligence;
• company innovation audit;
• competitive and market analysis in the context of technology;
• optimization of the company's structure in terms of implementations;
• assessment of technology innovation;

2. legal advisory services, including:

• construction of a technology transfer agreement;
• negotiation of the provisions of the agreement between the parties to technology transfer;
• verification and consultancy of technology transfer agreements;
• examination of legal and patent status;
• patent and tax management consultancy;

3. valuation of intangible assets.

Remember that the services can be provided only by institutions from the base of Open Innovation Network.

You can apply for a grant for technological and legal advice if:

• you plan to apply for a technology transfer grant;
• you have the right amount of own contribution.

The maximum value of co-financing is:

• 85% (80% for entrepreneurs from Mazowieckie Voivodeship) of eligible costs, if the total aid for consultancy services in the area of innovation, which your company has used in the last three years, did not exceed EUR 200,000;
• 50% of eligible costs for other entrepreneurs.

Before completing the application, please contact ARP Technology Broker who will help you in choosing a tailored consulting service. The signature of the broker on the application is necessary for its formal acceptance.

Your application will be subject to formal and substantive verification. Within seven days, you will be informed about the result

If your application is accepted, you will be asked to provide within 10 days all required documents. After verification –  within five working days – you will be informed about the possibility of signing the contract.

Each expenditure incurred will be refunded in accordance with the signed contract.
