Participating in the program, will allow you to obtain financing from PLN 50,000 up to PLN 500,000 for purchase of consultancy services that support implementation of a new or an improved product (product innovation of technological nature) as well as those related to a new or streamlined process, e.g. production (process innovation of a technological nature).

Thanks to the support, you can cover the costs connected to:

1. consultancy services in the field of innovation: i.e. advisory, assistance and training within transfer, acquisition and protection of intangible assets and their use, the application of standards and regulations in which they are embedded, as regards to:

• analysis of alternative development paths through the implementation of innovation, selection, refinement and evaluation of one of them;
• preparation of a detailed financial model for the innovation being developed or implemented;
• identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation of innovations, their modification and optimization;
• searching for and establishing contact with the technology provider;
• assistance in developing functional or technical documentation necessary to implement innovation;
• assistance in the process of preparing or conducting negotiations with a technology provider;
• consultancy in the process of preparing a technology purchase agreement between the technology provider and the recipient;
• analysis of innovation implementation risk;
• advice and assistance in the development and implementation of an innovation and monitoring and evaluation of the effects;
• analysis of the impact of technology implementation on the natural environment;
• consultancy in the management of intellectual property, including the protection of intellectual property rights, research into the state of the art and patent purity;
• developing a marketing strategy for a product or service that is the subject of innovation implementation;
• consultancy within human resources development related to the implementation of innovation;
• other, necessary to implement technological innovation;

2. innovation support services aimed at developing more effective products, processes and services, including those related to:

• access to office space or laboratories;
• access to data banks, library resources, market research;
• labelling, testing and quality certification;

3. performance of investment related to the implementation of technological innovation, i.e.:

• costs of purchase or production of fixed assets, other than land and real estate;
• costs of acquiring intangible assets – patents, licenses, know-how – and other intellectual property rights.

Please note that the aforementioned services must be provided by IOB accredited by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology.

One more application round is available to entrepreneurs from 10 April 2018 until 25 October 2018.

In order to apply for the program:

• you need to fill in the application form and submit its electronic version via Generator Wniosków along with the required attachments. You can access the Generator by clicking on the "Apply" button;
• to your application you need to attach the scan of signed declaration of confirmation (you have two working days to do that) and you also need to send the original via ePUAP platform or on the following address:

Your application will be subjected to a two-step evaluation process: formal and substantive. It will last for a total of 60 days, counting from the end-date of application calls. If the project is evaluated positively, you will gain financing.

The results will be announced within three months from the completion of all applications. The list of projects selected for co-financing will be published within seven days on PARP website.

If your application is on this list, you will be asked to provide – within 14 days – the documents necessary (in an electronic form) to conclude the grant agreement, and then, upon approval of their correctness, to provide a paper version of the documentation
