Pioneers Festival is one of the most unique start-up events. During the two-day conference, you will have an opportunity of meeting over 2,500 participants from the biggest companies in the world, as well as investors, journalists or founders of other technological companies who work on the most innovative projects in the world. This event is held at the exceptional interior of the Hofburg Palace in the centre of Vienna. 

Within the stand organised by PARP, you can:

• Present materials promoting your product or service and this way you can gain valuable business contacts;
• Display your promo video; 
• Organise business meetings in the stand zone.

The presentation of your materials on the stand is free-of-charge but the costs of participating in the conference as well as travel and accommodation have to be covered by you.

Promotional materials can also be provided by companies that are not planning to travel to Vienna.

If you want your materials to be promoted on the stand during the conference:

• Your company must operate in the IT/ICT industry;
• You have to provide until 11 May printed materials and other gadgets that will be distributed among participants of the event and until 17 May promo video which will be displayed on the screen available on the stand. 

The video should be supplied in MP4 format, with minimum resolution of HD720 and length of 3 minutes maximum. If the video includes dialogues, please remember to provide English subtitles!

Pioneers Festival 2018 is only one of the events where PARP will organise its stand within the Industry IT/ICT Promotional Programme executed by the Agency. 

Until November 2019, there is a possibility of participating in fairs and conference events on similar principles, in following countries: USA, South Korea, Germany, Portugal and Israel and United Arab Emirates.
 
From the launch of the Programme, stands were organised at such events as: CeBIT Fair in Hanover, IoT World in Santa Clara or Gamescom in Cologne. Over 200 companies benefited from various forms of promotion available on the Polish informational and promotional stands and established nearly 1300 valuable, business contacts.

Until the end of 2018, there is still a possibility of taking part in such conferences as TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco or Web Summit in Lisbon as well as the G-STAR fair in Pusan.
