Web Summit is the biggest technological conference in the world that has been organised since 2010. Named “Davos for Geeks” by Bloomberg, it gathers over 60,000 participants each year; most of them are managers at companies. During last year’s edition, the visitors came from over 170 countries and almost 1200 speakers and 2,600 journalists took part in the event. Those people have an actual impact on the current world of technology.
Within the stand, you can:
- Present materials promoting your product or service and this way you can gain valuable business contacts;
- Display your promo video;
- Organise business meetings in the stand zone.
The presentation of your materials on the stand is free-of-charge but the costs of participating in the conference as well as travel and accommodation have to be covered by you.
Promotional materials can also be provided by companies that are not planning to travel to Lisbon.

What are the requirements?
If you want your materials to be promoted on the stand during the fair:
- Your company must operate in the IT/ICT industry,
- On dates indicated by the organisers, you have to provide advertisement materials:
- printed materials and other gadgets that will be distributed among participants of the event,
- promo video which will be displayed on the screens available on the stand.
The video should be supplied in MP4 format, with minimum resolution of HD720 and length of 3 minutes maximum. If the video includes dialogues, please remember to provide English subtitles!

What are the stages?
Web Summit 2019 is only one of the events where PARP will organise its stand within the Industry IT/ICT Promotional Programme executed by the Agency.
From the launch of the Programme, stands were organised at such industry events as: CeBIT Fair in Hanover, IoT World in Santa Clara or Pioneers Festival in Vienna. Over 200 companies benefited from various forms of promotion available on the Polish informational and promotional stands and established nearly 1300 valuable business contacts.

Responsible subjects
Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) is in charge of executing the Industry IT/ICT Promotional Programme for 2016-2019. The Programme is carried out within the scope of Sub-measure 3.3.2 of Operational Programme Smart Growth, co-financed with EU funds.
