Gitex Technology Week is a 5-day event that sets trends in the modern technologies sector. Every year, exhibitions gather around 4,500 exhibitors from 97 countries, as well as investors and entrepreneurs from around the world, enabling them to exchange the latest technologies and establish promising business contacts. During the conference – organized by the Dubai World Trade Center – exhibitors will have the opportunity to present the most advanced projects and participants will experience technological innovations from sectors such as: smart cities, AR, VR, IoT.

Within the stand, you can:

• Present materials promoting your product or service and this way you can gain valuable business contacts;
• Display your promo video; 
• Organise business meetings in the stand zone.

The presentation of your materials on the stand is free-of-charge but the costs of participating in the conference as well as travel and accommodation have to be covered by you.

Promotional materials can also be provided by companies that are not planning to travel to Dubaj.

If you want your materials to be promoted on the stand during the fair:

• Your company must operate in the IT/ICT industry,
• On dates indicated by the organisers, you have to provide advertisement materials: 
  • printed materials and other gadgets that will be distributed among participants of the event,
  • promo video which will be displayed on the screens available on the stand. 

The video should be supplied in MP4 format, with minimum resolution of HD720 and length of 3 minutes maximum. If the video includes dialogues, please remember to provide English subtitles!

Gitex Technology Week 2019 is only one of the events where PARP will organise its stand within the Industry IT/ICT Promotional Programme executed by the Agency. 

Until November 2019, there is a possibility of participating in fairs and conference events on similar principles, in Portugal and Finland.
 
From the launch of the Programme, stands were organised at such industry events as: CeBIT Fair in Hanover, IoT World in Santa Clara or Pioneers Festival in Vienna. Approximately 200 companies utilised the various forms of promotion available on the Polish informational and promotional stands.
