Participating in the program, will allow you to obtain financing support up to PLN 800,000 for your project with 85% financing level.

Thanks to the support, you can cover the costs connected to:

1. consultancy services necessary to develop a new business model ready for the implementation, i.e.:

• analysis of your export capabilities;
• assessment of the competitive position of your products and the firm's on selected foreign markets;
• indication of target markets along with the analysis of potential recipients;
• development of the concept of entering the foreign market (with a detailed plan and cost estimate);
• consultancy associated with obtaining certification, accreditation, concessions, etc.;
• preparing of promotional campaign;
• obtaining protection of industrial property abroad;

2. other services directly related to the implementation of the new business model, including:

• production of advertising and promotional materials;
• trainings;
• access to specialist databases and information sources;
• translations;
• research and testing of products intended for internationalization;
• designing of technological or logistic processes;

3. participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions or trade missions, i.e.:

• renting and building the exhibition space;
• organization and service of the stand or transport of exhibits;
• business travels of three participants in trade fairs and missions.

4. intangible assets i.e. property rights, licenses and necessary software.

Please note that the costs of advisory services regarding the development of a new business model within the program will be eligible, if incurred not earlier than six months before the application submission date.

Micro-, small or medium entrepreneurs may participate in the program if they fulfil the following conditions:

• they run business in the Eastern Poland Macroregion (in voivodeships: lubelskie, podkarpackie, podlaskie, świętokrzyskie, warmińsko- mazurskie) confirmed by an entry to proper register (made no later than one year before the submission of the application for co-financing);
• they have closed at least one financial year lasting minimum 12 months;
• they reached revenue sale at minimum PLN 200,000 in one of the preceding three years;
• they obtain minimum one product which qualifies to internationalisation on at least one foreign market.

The applications can be submitted from 30 July to 3 September 2018. 

In order to apply for the program, you need to fill in the application form and submit its electronic version via Generator Wniosków along with the required attachments. You can access the Generator by clicking on the "Apply" button.

Your application will be subjected to a two-step evaluation process: formal and substantive.

The results will be announced within 75 days from the completion of all applications. The list of projects selected for co-financing will be published within three days on Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) website.

If your application is on this list, you will be asked to provide – within seven days – the documents necessary to conclude the grant agreement. 

After the entry into force of the contract, you will receive a project supervisor who will answer questions and concerns at every stage of the project implementation.
