Participation in the program will allow you to establish cooperation with an accredited provider of pro-innovation services from one of the selected EU countries: Italy (Marche region), Belgium (Flanders region), Spain (Murcia region) and Romania, which will help you introduce innovations in your company.

Finacial support in the amount of EUR 24,000 will cover the costs connected with:

1. industrial research, i.e. research aimed at acquiring new knowledge and skills to develop new products, processes or services or to introduce significant improvements to existing products, processes or services;
2. experimental development works: acquiring, combining, shaping and using the currently available knowledge and skills in the field of science, technology and business, as well as other relevant knowledge and skills to develop new or improved products, processes or services. These may include, inter alia:

• development of prototypes,
• demonstrations,
• development of pilot projects,
• testing of products, processes or services
• and development of prototypes and pilot projects for commercial purposes.

Note, that experimental development works do not include: routine and periodic changes to existing products, production lines, manufacturing processes, services and other operations in progress, even if such changes are in the field of improvements;

3. feasibility study, i.e. assessment and analysis of the potential of the project;
4. innovation consulting services, i.e. consultancy, assistance and training in the field of knowledge transfer, acquisition and protection of intangible assets and the use of them, as well as the use of standards and regulations;
5. innovation within the process, i.e. the implementation of a new or significantly improved method of production or delivery of goods and services (including significant changes in techniques, equipment or software);
6. activities leading to market readiness.

Note, that VAT is not considered as an eligible cost and the above-mentioned services must be provided by accredited suppliers. The list of suppliers is available on a dedicated website.

In order to apply to the program, you need to fill out the application form (viaUDiManager platform) by June 15, 2018, and attach the necessary documentation. Remember that it must be completed in English.

Until 31 July, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (program operator in Poland) will inform five companies that have received a positive decision on receiving financing.

Within seven days, you must provide three signed copies of the contract to the project coordinator at the following address:
