What will you gain?
Participating in the program will allow you to obtain financing from PLN 10,000 up to PLN 1,000,000. The support can be provided to projects related to:
- obtaining the right to industrial property protection (i.e.: patents, protection rights to utility models and rights concerning registration of industrial designs);
- purchase of consultancy services in the field of innovation and innovation support services related to the preparation of the applying entity for the commercialization process;
- cost coverage related to obtaining a preliminary patent attorney's judgment on the patentability of an invention or the ability to protect a utility model;
- implementation of protection of industrial property rights, if in the already initiated proceeding you act as an entity defending your rights, and the proceeding concerns cancellation of a patent, protection right for a utility model or rights concerning registration of an industrial design or patent expiry, protection right for utility model or registration right industrial design.
The maximum aid intensity may not exceed 50% of the eligible costs. The share of advisory services preparing for the commercialization process in eligible costs may amount to the maximum of 30%, and for the costs of a preliminary patent agent's ruling this limit is 10%.

What are the requirements?
Micro-, small or medium-sized entrepreneurs, who run their business in Poland confirmed by an entry to proper register, may participate in the program.
What are the stages?
The first application round in 2018 is available: from 6 March until 28 November.
In order to apply for the program:
- you need to fill in the application form and submit its electronic version via Generator Wniosków along with the required attachments. To go to Generator Wniosków click on the "Apply" button;
- to your application you need to attach the scan of signed declaration of confirmation (you have two working days to do that) and you also need to send the original via ePUAP platform or on the following address:

Before filling in the application form read the document that discusses the most common mistakes (PL).
Your application will be subjected to a two-step evaluation process: formal and substantive. It will last for a total of 45 days, counting from the end-date of application calls.

What's next?
The results will be announced within two months from the completion of all applications. The list of projects selected for co-financing will be published within seven days on PARP website.
If your application is on this list, you will be asked to provide – within 14 working days – the documents necessary (in an electronic form) to conclude the grant agreement, and then, upon approval of their correctness, to provide a paper version of the documentation.
