“The heart of gaming” – that’s Gamescom. It’s the most important and largest European trade fair devoted to computer games and entertainment. The event space is divided into two zones dedicated to business and entertainment. In the first one, you’ll easily establish new contacts or meet potential business partners, whereas in the second one you’ll be able to relax by taking part in the premiers of newest games and hardware.

As part of the organized stand, you will:

• present materials promoting your product or service and thus acquire valuable business contacts;
• display a promotional video; 
• organize business meetings at the exhibition stand.

Presentation of your materials at the stand is free, however you must cover the costs of travel, accommodation and participation at the fair on your own.

Promotional materials can also be delivered by companies which are not planning to go to Cologne.

If you want to promote your materials at the stand during the trade fair, you must fulfill the following requirements:

• your company must operate in the IT/ICT market;
• you must deliver advertising material: 
  • by 11 August 2017 – printed materials and other gadgets that will be distributed among participants of the event,
  • by 11 August 2017 – promotional video which will be displayed at the stand.

The video should be in MP4 format, with a minimal resolution of HD720p and its duration should not exceed three minutes. If the video contains spoken parts, remember to translate the subtitles into English so it’s more easily understandable.

The Gamescom 2017 trade fair is just one event at which the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development will be organizing a stand as part of the IT/ICT Industry Promotion Programme.

In total, by June 2019, you can participate on similar terms in trade fairs and conferences in eight countries: USA, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Austria.
 
Since the launch of the programme, stands were organized at trade fairs, such as CeBIT in Hanover and IoT World in Santa Clara, or the Pioneers Festival conference in Vienna. In total, nearly 100 Polish companies took advantage of various forms of promotion at Polish informational and promotional stands.
