Participating in the program will allow you to obtain up to PLN 900,000 of funding. 

In the first stage of the program you can gain support up to PLN 340,000 (with 85% financing level) for purchase of services connected with creating:

• new or significantly improved product; 
• new or significantly improved technology;
• new design project;
• new or significantly improved service.

Additionally, you may purchase materials, provided that they are indispensable to realize the above services as well as non-technological innovation services, on condition that they accompany the services listed above. Note that the non-technological innovation services and the cost of materials may not exceed 15% (non-technological innovation service and materials separately) for the total eligible costs of the project.

In the second stage of the program you can obtain funding up to PLN 560,000 (with 70% financing level) to implement an innovation and purchase:

• machines and devices necessary to start production;
• intangible assets.

Please note, that you can apply for co-financing for the implementation of an investment only if:

• you will successfully complete the first stage of the program;
• your application for final payment will be approved by PARP.

The program is a mechanism connecting the entrepreneurs – who have innovative business ideas – with the scientific units – who possess knowledge and technical resources necessary to develop the details of the solution – by financing the services provided by the latter.  

Use the services provided by scientific units and gain:

• access to expert and current scientific knowledge;
• identification of solutions that enable implementation of innovation and increasing the competitiveness of the company;
• possibility to involve end users in developing new products and services.

You can apply for funding in the following dates:

1^st stage: from 22 March 2018 to 22 November 2018;
2^nd stage: from 17 April 2018 to 4 January 2019.

In order to apply for the program:

• you need to fill in the application form and submit its electronic version via Generator Wniosków along with the required attachments. You can access the Generator by clicking on the "Apply" button;
• to your application you need to attach the scan of signed declaration of confirmation (you have two working days to do that) and you also need to send the original via ePUAP platform or on the following address:

Your application will be subjected to a two-step evaluation process: formal and substantive. It will last for a total of 80 days, counting from the end-date of application calls.

After the closing of the competition, you will receive information on the results of your application and its justification. The list of projects selected for co-financing will be published within seven days on PARP website.

If your application is on this list, you will be asked to provide – within 7 calendar days – the documents necessary to provide a paper version of the documentation, necessary to conclude an agreement.
