Promote your company during CEEC Investment and Trade Expo – take part in an economic mission to China
If you are planning to expand your business to China and you want to establish business contacts with the representatives of the local market, apply to the economic mission to China. Thanks to the visit, you will have an opportunity to present your offer in an international environment, as well as gain new, valuable contacts.
The economic mission to China is realizes as part of GO China program. Companies from the following industries are particularly encouraged to participate in the visit: food, cosmetics, design, consumer goods for everyday use, works of art, jewelry, gadgets and health care. In order to take part in it, you need to fill out a short application form until 20 April, which is available on the dedicated website.
As part of the mission, you will take part in the China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo 2018, which is held on 7-10 June 2018 in Ningbo. The event annually attracts the attention of traders, importers and representatives of Chinese distribution networks who are interested in export products offered by representatives of Central and Eastern European countries.
Taking part in the mission will allow you to receive:
- free exhibition space as part of Polish national stand (about 9 m2 for the company);
- discounts at hotels in Ningbo (discount in the amount of 40-70 EUR per night in a 3-, 4- or 5-star hotel);
- logistics services – free transport from Shanghai to Ningbo and from the hotel to the trade fair complex in Ningbo;
- participation in events organized during the fair;
- dedicated B2B meetings in Ningbo and Shanghai;
- free English-Chinese interpreter services for each company;
- free transport of goods (in China) provided that samples are delivered to the port of Ningbo by 20 May 20 2018;
- assistance in preparing for a visit to China;
- support from PAIH employees during the mission;
- stand development – PLN 3,500 net cost.
Please note, that you can participate in the mission if you sign the contract and pay the costs related to the development of the stand until 15 May. The number of free stands is limited.
