“Legal Aid for Startups” has launched!
The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development has started recruitment to the “Legal Aid for Startups” programme. Applications can be submitted until the funds last or by 25th October 2017.
Micro-, small and medium companies can benefit from the offer, who conduct a business activity for no longer than three years and who are also at the stage of signing an investment contract. This programme will enable them to take advantage of individual legal advice in the scope of formal and legal analysis of an investment contract as well as negotiating its terms.
The maximum aid for one company is PLN 10,000 and it is fully financed from the state budget. The total amount of fund available in this Programme is PLN 470 thousand.
