Leadership Academy for Poland - apply to one of the best European leadership development programs

If you are at the moment of your professional career, which requires inspiration, change or a fresh look, until 31 May, submit an application to Leadership Academy for Poland and benefit from the experience and knowledge of Harvard professors.

The goal of the Leadership Academy is to provide high-quality education for leaders who want to develop their leadership skills. The project involves renowned experts including Harvard professors, international scientists and speakers who will conduct a series of activities in the form of consultations and closed meetings with participants.

The program is addressed to people between 25 and 45 years of age who operate as leaders, but are looking for development opportunities and new challenges. Candidates can come from various sectors (business, non-profit, public administration, education, media, culture, startups and sports).

As part of the initiative, 40 participants will be selected. The basic part of the program will start in September and will last four months. During the first stage you will have the opportunity to participate in:

  • one week of leadership training;
  • 15 week-back workshops conducted during regular work;
  • two 2-day stationary sessions (from October to December);
  • meetings with Harvard University professors, leading entrepreneurs and community leaders, and international experts;
  • numerous educational and networking events.

Additionally, after the program is over, you can count on an annual support, which includes:

  • four quarterly workshops and up to 10 L-Nest meetings;
  • alumni meetings;
  • Alumni status throughout life.

The costs of participation in the program are financed, but remember that the scholarship in the program covers only part of the costs of accommodation and personal travel.
