If you go through the initial stage of verification of your project, you will be invited for the meeting with fund’s team. The next step is analyzing your business strategy and financial model as well as discussion on your further activities.
After signing term sheet agreement which regulates basic rules of investment and cooperation, deepened due diligence checking documentation’s accuracy of your company will be conducted. If both parties are willing to cooperate, investment agreement is signed.
