What are the requirements?

The fund mainly looks for the projects that meet the following requirements:

you have identified a large market for your product;
you have a strong and well-balanced team;
your business model has been validated, even if you are on the pre-revenue stage;
your product fits into innovative market segments;
you have a clear financial plan, competition overview and development strategy, as well as an exit strategy;
your product solves real problem or opens new market opportunities.

What are the stages?

What's next?

If your project meets all investment criteria, the transaction will be closed as soon as possible. bValue will sign a friendly term-sheet with you, and the whole process will be concluded within four weeks. The fund immediately responds to each submitted application and informs what are the next steps.

Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of complaints no longer than for one year from the time of data recording, or longer – but only in cases defined in the legal provisions.
