What will you gain?

Atmos Ventures invests in European and North American companies looking to open R&D centers in Europe, with potential to become global tech leaders.

Apart from financial support up to PLN 5 million, cooperation with the fund will give you an opportunity to obtain:

What are the requirements?

In order to start cooperation with Atmos Ventures, you need to meet the following requirements:

you have a proven prototype that is ready to be commercialized;
your technology is innovative and unique;
you have highly capable management team.

What's next?

If your project fits into fund’s area of interest, you will receive an invitation for the first meeting. Selected teams will take part in the next stages of the investment process, including:

meetings with the fund partners and the Q&A session focused on the team’s background, company structure, operations, technology and commercial viability;
detailed consultations with Atmos Ventures partners and external experts including the analysis of the data and external references you will have conducted;
signing Term Sheet agreement, which sets out the proposed investment, valuation, terms, and expectations from both parties;
performing due diligence process by external lawyers and consultants;
signing final investment agreement.

Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of complaints no longer than for one year from the time of data recording, or longer – but only in cases defined in the legal provisions.
Your personal data may be provided to other authorised entities in compliance with applicable legal provisions. Your personal data may be also provided to data processors on the Controller’s order, provided that such processors process data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and only in compliance with the Controller’s instructions.

You shall have the following rights:
1. the right to access personal data and the right to demand their rectification, the right to object to processing, the right to delete them or restrict their processing;

3. the right to transfer personal data, that is to obtain them from the personal data Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable (if applies) format, for the purpose of their possible delivery to another data controller;
4. the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for personal data processing, if you believe that processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (EU OJ L 119 of 4.05.2016).
