ARP Innovation Pitch are workshops in the form of competitions, that give startups and SMEs an opportunity to present their solutions to large businesses and corporations. Their practical formula will help you meet new partners and potential clients, expand your knowledge about the current needs of the market, and help you convince recipients to your solutions’ effectiveness. 

Participants of the workshop will get the chance to:

• test their products on the market; 
• gain understanding of the needs and problems of large companies;
• build a wide network of contacts and meet new business partners, such as PGNiG, LOTAMS, Polish Airports’ State Enterprise, Ursus, Synthos or ARP Games.

To take part in the workshops:

1. register on the Technology Transfer Platform;
2. select the workshops and challenges in which you’re interested in;
3. send your application to the selected recruitment (recruitment for particular workshop lasts about a month).

Every large company participating in the ARP Innovation Pitch specifies its challenges, principles and rules of particular competitions individually.

Recruitment for ARP Innovation Pitch is carried out on the basis of announced competitions. Every time they are organized for the purposes of specific companies, such as Polish Airports’ State Enterprise (looking for solutions in the area of data analysis, systems supporting the work of specific departments or optimization of ventilation systems) or ARP Games accelerator (searching for ideas related to the management of licenses using Blockchain technologies).

ARP experts and the partner’s representatives will analyze submissions and select the most interesting projects. It usually takes about three weeks. Up to 16 companies are invited to participation in the workshops.

If your submission for ARP Innovation Pitch is accepted, you will take part in one-day “elevator pitch” workshops. You will be given about 10 minutes for presenting your solution before the audience. 

The presentation will consist of two parts. The first one – lasting about 5 minutes – is aimed at introducing and explaining your solution. In the second one, lasting another 5 minutes, you will answer questions from the audience. 

Presentations will be followed by a networking session, during which experts and the competition jury will get to know the presented ideas in greater detail. 

At the end of each event, winners are selected, who are given the opportunity to establish cooperation with the partner of the competition.
