Profiles of PFR Ventures funds
We already know the first funds which have concluded investment agreement with PFR Ventures - the first professional institutional investor operating in the formula of the fund of funds on the Polish market. Shortly, they will start activities aimed at financial support for innovative companies operating on the Polish market.
PFR Ventures allocates the budget of PLN 2.8 billion, which within five years will be invested in venture capital funds or business angel groups supporting Polish startups at various stages of development. The profiles of VC funds, selected under five programs launched by PFR Ventures, are gradually presented on startup.pfr.pl.

The objective of the fund is to invest in those teams that want to change the surrounding reality by developing and implementing innovative industrial and IT technologies for the benefit of clean Earth. Apart from financial support, RST Ventures for Earth also guarantees a steady flow of knowledge, built on the experience of its representatives, in the area of company development and ensuring its global recognition. The size of the fund amounts PLN 30 million while the investment ticket is PLN 1-4 million.

- Kogito Ventures
The fund offers financial support in the amount of PLN 0.5 million to PLN 4 million for the development of innovative projects – also those at the earliest stage of development. - Black Swan Fund
Apart from financial support up to PLN 4 million for innovative projects from the earliest stage of development to mature companies, the fund offers mentoring, pitching training and easier access to the network of contacts of its representatives. Black Swan Fund also provides an assistance during the entire process of acquiring an investor and then - reporting the progress of the project. The fund is looking primarily for startups from the following industries: FinTech, ICT, e-commerce, marketplace, digital publishing, EdTech, fashion and design, as well as ecology and Renewable Energy Sources (RES).

- Silba VC
SILBA VC offers a capital investment in a co-investment model of up to PLN 4 million, primarily for projects having a proven business model and after the first commercial sale. Private investors are selected for each of them. The fund cooperates with the Lewiatan Business Angels network, which includes dozens of carefully selected entrepreneurs and managers, who contribute to the project through financial involvement and substantive support, experience and business contacts.
