Two people working together in a sunny environement

Apply to the Global Impact Challenge and increase your chances of acceleration in Silicon Valley

Until 26 April, you can apply for the first Polish edition of SingularityU Poland Global Impact Challenge – a competition that will select the most innovative ideas in our country. If you have an idea for a solution that will change the world positively, read the details of the initiative, submit your application and get a chance for growth in Silicon Valley and implementation of your project.

The competition is addressed to representatives of all environments, in particular to people who:

  • are at the beginning of the road associated with the startup;
  • have a breakthrough idea;
  • work on the technology that will change the world positively;
  • think about long-term solutions.

To participate in the program and receive support, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • be a resident and Polish citizen;
  • have at least 21 years;
  • speak and write fluently in English;
  • be able to participate in the "Incubator program" between 3-19 October;
  • be able to participate in the Global Impact Challenge final, which will be held on 24-25 May in Warsaw.

If your application is assessed positively, you will spend almost two months on implementing your idea in Silicon Valley. You will receive a grant for an intensive 10 week SU Ventures Incubator Program incubation program, during which you will spend most of your time (50 days) at the headquarters of Singularity University at NASA Research Park. There, surrounded by managers and mentors from such companies as: SpaceX, Google, IBM or Boeing, you will learn how to implement your idea and expand it on a global scale. You will also be able to benefit from the mental background of Singularity University, which is considered the most important future-oriented think-tank in the world.

The final event will take place on 24-25 May in Warsaw. If you are one of ten teams invited to the final, you will be able to present it to invited guests. At the same time, you will find out more about winning ideas from previous editions from around the world. You will also have the opportunity to listen to speeches of global experts in the field of technology, such as: Gilad Gome, Emily Hicks, Supreet Singh Manchanda and Marta Ghiglioni.
