Take part in EXPO Live competition and gin up to USD 100,000 for the development of your project

Benefit from the program and register for the EXPO Live competition – you can gain up to USD 100,000 for the projects supporting ecological solutions that promote the improvement of the quality of human life.

The EXPO Live competition is an initiative addressed to startups, individuals and social enterprises, whose solutions generate social value and are in line with the themes of the World Expo EXPO 2020 in Dubai. They include:

  • equalizing the possibilities and unlocking the potential of groups of people and communities;
  • sustainable mobility of people and goods;
  • living and developing in balance with the good of the natural environment.

By taking part in the competition, you can get the funds for the development of your project, up to USD 100,000 for business consulting and broad promotion of your solution as part of the exhibition. In addition to grants, beneficiaries of the competition can also count on access to the network of potential business partners and extra financing, the presentation of the best solutions during the EXPO 2020 in Dubai. The winners will have the opportunity to discover local startups ecosystem, the offer of business incubators and acceleration programs in the region.

Projects submitted for the competition need to be beyond the idea stage, but may be at various stages of maturity – from the prototype to the scale of the product or service. Financing levels depend on the stage of maturity and scalability of the proposed innovations.

So far, 2.300 projects from 136 countries have been submitted – 70 of them received grants. Polish companies have a chance to achieve success especially in such areas as: EdTech, telemedicine, ICT, green technologies or smart cities.
