Next edition of Internationalisation of SMEs program – gain up to PLN 800,000 for foreign expansion

Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has just announced the next edition of Internationalization of SMEs program. The aim of the project is to support enterprises from Eastern Poland in foreign expansionPLN 100 million will be distributed to Polish companies.

The first round will start on 27 February and will last until 29 March. 

Micro-, small or medium enterprises can participate in the program, if they fulfil the following criteria:

  • they run business in the Eastern Poland Macroregion (in voivodeships: lubelskie, podkarpackie, podlaskie, świętokrzyskie, warmińsko- mazurskie);
  • they have closed at least one financial year;
  • they reached revenue sale at minimum PLN 200,000 in one of the preceding three years;
  • they own at least one product (product or service) with potential for internationalization on at least one new foreign market.

The financial support can be used to cover the costs of:

  • consultancy services related to the development and preparation of business model for implementation;
  • complementary services resulting from counselling;
  • participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions or economic missions;
  • software necessary to automate business processes, connected with the preparation of business internationalization.

The project co-financing amounts up to PLN 800,000 (depending on the selected target market), whereby:

  • a maximum of PLN 30,000 from co-financing can be used to cover the costs of consultancy services;
  • a maximum of 100,000 PLN can be used to cover the costs associated with the purchase of software.
